4. Employers can find your listing when they do a job wanted search. Those registered employer members, who have the right job opportunity, can now find and contact you.

Private (member only) contact email forms are used when employers want to contact you by this method and your email address is kept hidden. Also they can give you a call with the phone numbers you provided in the registration form.
